SGT Goolsby was standing by on QRF (Quick Reaction Force) at Gate 3 when a RPG was shot towards the guard tower. The RPG hit the palm tree next to the guard tower making the RPG fall to the ground. Once the RPG hit the ground it detonated sending metal into SGT Goolsby's foot. SGT Goolsby received medical care and his foot has healed enough for him to walk on it.
